The former Antique Faire space didn’t wait for the ribbon. Per Patch’s Oct. 23 report, Tecovas soft-opened Thursday, October 29, 2026, at 28601 Old Town Front Street, with the public grand-opening weekend still set for November 6–8.
That sequencing — soft open first, party later — is how a lot of Old Town arrivals actually work now. Locals can already shop boots, leather, and the Hat Bar; the weekend celebration adds live music, refreshments, and the first-50 gift bags.
