The 1914 bank building on Front Street has a new tenant with a parrilla. Gaucho Grill opened Monday, September 21, 2026, at 28645 Old Town Front Street, with a dinner-only soft week before regular lunch and dinner service from Sept. 28, according to the Press-Enterprise.
The space previously housed Bank of Mexican Food and The Bank Plates & Pours. For Old Town regulars, the opening was less a surprise than a relief — another long permitting arc that finally put plates on tables.
